Is there a clever way to avoid the mess of trails on the board that can happen when people play web, and then moves them to their position?

Carl,
There is a feature where you can turn off the trail tracking.
Go to 'Board'
then 'Board Settings'
then 'Show Trails".
If this is clicked, you will see the trails, unclick it and they go aaway.

Tnx, Frank, but the trails are nice. Problem is to keep those you want only, to avoid the clutter.

Paul, It would be nice to not have so many columns in the "Opponents weapon status" window. It's too much information when I get tired.
Maybe a hide function for the columns?

Paupl, the subscriber search should be made more visible, and it would be great if you could search on names too.

I don't know how other people feel about it, but I definitely preferred notes and the log being tabs next to the SSD, EA, Imp chart, Weapon Status, etc, rather than their being floating windows. I play on a 13" laptop - this particular change slows me down. I use the notes section and the log every game and am forced to fight the floating window thing.
Also, showing trails is cool, but it would be better to have trails only for those things that actually move. As an example, webs are usually placed on the map and then moved around- when that happens they have a trail. I do not know if that happens for turn markers and slips when in a tractor. Another example that happens alot is both players starting their ships in 1701 and one is dragged to 2530 creating a trail. This happens in about half the games. Maybe if we could reset the trail on the unit after it moves - something like that.
