These arent necessarily Omega (well maybe a paravian colony) but...
Anyone have an idea what color scheme Peladine counters are?
What about the Paravian counter color scheme?

Peladine: Blue outline on black counter (Special Countersheet #1).
Paravians: Yellow outline on red counter (Module Y1 and Module Y2).

Thank you.

May I suggest a plan to publish the Omega timeline as a single article, just for convenience? My guess is that if the timelines currently available are in some computer's memory, then it would be relatively easy to combine them into a single unit which could be downloaded and printed as such.
I realize the timeline is not complete; I ask because I appreciate that the timelines of the Alpha octant and General War are downloadable and printable, and these read better than photocopies.

Could you ask than when we're not moving?

Abso-tively!

I don't remember exactly where I saw it, or the exact discussion, but I recall someone asking why the Souldra didn't make (more of [they still may]) an appearance in the Alpha Octant. One of the things I've enjoyed doing over the years is to try to explain things of the SFU using available materials and without changing or affecting any rules. Following is the result of my trying to answer that question. It holds no weight of rule, but it sounds plausible to me. Please take your grain of salt before proceeding.
At some point it may be discovered that the same set of circumstances which created The Void are related to the black sun(s) which draw energy from an alternate "dark matter" dimension, and that dimension. Nothing I have found limits the number of black suns to one, only that the Souldra retreated to one. These suns, however many there are, periodically expel dark matter into space forming the dark matter clouds which can support Souldra ships existance. The conditions within The Void can shift these clouds coreward or rimward to random positions.
As the Galaxy rotates in a clockwise direction, and the Octants concerned are at the lower edge when veiwed from the standard position and orientation, it can be seen that the dark matter clouds may trail behind the black suns which created them. This would put them within the Omega Octant. It may be discovered that the clouds dissipate before a complete 360 degree revolution is completed by the galaxy, or that the galactic movement within the Universe puts the clouds outside the galaxy at some point.
Thus the Souldra would have a choice to make. They could move into the Omega Octant in which there are some backup sources of dark energy to support their existence, or they could move into the Alpha Octant, counting 100% on drawing life energy for their existence. Sentient life would learn to stay outside 'The Dead Zone' which would define the limit of Souldra exploration into the Alpha Octant, making Souldra forays limited to the energy they could take with them.
If all the above is deemed to be how it is, then we may see some scenarios with the ISC and the Souldra, but these would most likely be the boring scenarios in which a small weakly armed colony ship is killed by a Souldra unit when it ventures too close to The Dead Zone, but we will not likely see major fleet actions of Hydrans/Lyrans/Kzintis fighting the Souldra in Xork space.
