To support the Userper's War of Return the WYNs modified an Orion-captured cargo pod to carry twelve WYN Freedom Fighter PFs as storage for use on their lone LTT.
In creating the F&E scenario and OOB for the WoR, I noticed a serious lack of PF unit supply to support multi-rounds of combat in a single combat hex. Without this unit, the Userper will not be able to effectively use the already limited number of attrition unit carriers/tenders.
F&E Factors: 0[PP]/None

I'm not sure about the engineering. Are there any other LTTs that can carry double-weight pods? Granted, the WYN tend to overload their hulls, but the overgunned hulls are all noted as not capable of extra-Cluster operations.

Yes, many LTTs can carry double-weight pods, check the SSDs (the WYN LTT was in CL40). However, the WYN LTT can only carry one pod.
Knowing this about the Userper in the WoR -- they don't have enough ship equivalents of attrition units for their campaign. One pod that can only carry 6 spare PFs on their only tug is not enough.

A LTT w/ CVA Pod (i.e. D5H w/ K-CVA Pod) is considered double-weight.
I would be fine with that I suppose, an overloaded LTT w/ 12 PFs as cargo.
Unique of course.

Since the WYN LTT is historically unique EACH WYN pod type is unique...there is no need for more than one of each type.
