Neither do I. Like I said, this is not anyone's vision of what X2 is. Instead, this ship was designed to be a fair match for a pair of Kzinti CM. Did I succeed? Using X1 rules and a 2x2 map, is this ship a 50-50 match for a pair of Kzinti CM? Anyone care to give the match a whirl?
The ship I based this on, designed by Mike Raper, originally had 2 more Ph-5, a 1/2 movement rate and was assigned a BPV of 200. One or more of us is very wrong.
This exercise leads me to believe that we will not be successful creating an X2 balanced against pairs of GW ships. It also tells me that X1 isn't close to balanced against pairs of GW ships. If I'm right, and the above is a fair match, then we have what I consider a possible show stopper: two ships have a negative synergy against one more powerful ship.

Not trying to be repetitive, but as I said, if X2 balances well BPV-wise with X1 and GW tech, that will be the FIRST time tech gaps have balanced well.
Take a Klingon DXD (260 BPV) up against a pair of Fed CARs (no "plus" refit) and see how that plays out, for an example of what I'm talking about. Or, for that matter, a Fed CC+ (147 BPV) up against 2 D4s (150 BPV).

Maybe I've set my bar too high.

Changing tacts, what single GW tech Kzinti would be a fair match for that on a 2x2 map?
Assume a patient Klingon choosing to saber dance as long as posible.

I'd start with a Kzinti BCH and scale from there.
The BCH might be an overpowering opponent but it would be a good starting mark for the advantages of X2 tech and how they balance against GW-firepower.

Another way of looking at this is X2 ships, given their technology advantages, may be smaller: an XCL balances against the CA class ships; the XCA balances against the DN class ships. Perhaps most of initial production X2 ships will be SC4 and smaller SC3 ships.
I see X2 as the replacements for pre-GW ships. Just as pre-GW ships received refits so could X2 ships receive refits as the Xork invasion heats up. Also X1 is difficult to maintain. Perhaps X2 doesn't have that limitation because they are a more balanced design that doesn't have the raw combat power and extra energy of X1.
