From the void of deep space comes Fronkenschipp, a monstrosity of a vessel made of starship parts from Starship Graveyards.

What is the alien intelligence that pieced it together? How could sections of ships be removed from the dead-zones from which no other ship has ever come back? How is it able to function coherently in spite of its myriad technologies from different empires?

No one knows.

The only thing that is certain is that this freakish agglomeration is bent on one terrible objective: the destruction of anything that comes across its path.

[Maybe better for Federation Commander since more is possible in that framework.]

Uhmm so the player with the Fronkenschipp could pick what weapons and systems that it has in each section. Could be kind of fun.

Hmm.. Take something from (D16.0), perhaps:

Start with a basic hull diagram from Module M and define (at the start of the scenario) what boxes are in each area. Each area can derive their boxes from a different ship (perhaps a ship of a different empire).

Example: We elect to use the Hull Diagram for the Small freighters (R1.B1) which has three sections, and both warp nacelle access spots in section C. Section A (the nose) will use section A from the Free Traitor (2xOption Mount, 1xTrac, 4xC Hull, 2xPh-3, 1xTran, 1xBridge). Section B (the center) will use section D from a Federation NCL. Section C (the rear, with the warp access) will use the the Section B of a Romulan Snipe-A.

BPV could be figured by doing a little math: Divide the BPV of each ship who's section we borrowed (the OFT, the NCL, and the SNA) by the number of sections on their diagram (2 for the OFT, 3 for the NCL, and 2 for the SNA) and add together. For our Example, that would be (32/2) [OFT] + (116/3) [NCL] + (65/2) [SNA] = 85 BPV

There are other details that might need to be worked out. TM, SC, MC, Crew, etc. Some obvious limits would be that the TM would be of the worse of those ships used, as is the MC. SC could be determined simply by saying all ships that are drawn from have to be the same SC.
