Just the regular ones. And I think the one weird Fast Fed ship (which is in the tournament library in SFBOL, I'm pretty sure it is listed as Fed CF).

Omega ships are ships that use the Omega Sector rules. They are all weird, unique ships from a whole bucket load of new races. The TCs are of various levels of effectiveness and balance. There are, like, 20+ Omega races, but probably about a dozen TCs. About half of those are solid and reasonably balanced.

Magellanic ships are from the Magellanic module (the are from the cloud where the Andromedans set up their starbase). There are 3 or 4 of them, and they use slightly different rules (weird shields and phasers).
