May I propose that all Jindarian Rock Ships get a free RX because they are speed 2, being speed 2 a Jindarian Admiral can only RX/AM 6 Rock SQ's together maximum, while all other younger races can RX/AM 10 SQ's together.

Doing a quick search on the poster indicates that he is a Galactic Conquest player, I assume those terms apply to that game, which is nested within SFB on this board.

If most of the jargon for Galactic Conquest is as unintelligible for traditional SFB players as the above post is, perhaps they should have their own top level topic, like SFB, Fed Commander, F&E etc.?

Clearly you have confused the mainline SFB players.

If all of the Jindarian ships have outstanding crews, they would be able to AM 10 SQs. If some of the SQs are full OCU and some SQs have LOOs they would also be able AM together.

I assume Jindarian rock ships give up speed for durability and pseudo cloak, so why would it be fair to get an extra RX to match the average ships that have average durability and don't hide in open space.

Well, it would be nice to get an extra RX (I am biased as I play a Jindarian in U6).

However, the GM has ruled that regular Jindarian Rock ships will have MV=2 even with outstanding crew. (I tried this a while back.) They do get the CAN bonus.

True, a LA or LOO will add an extra RX. Everyone gets that one.


Uh I looked at the F&E links a while back - boy that was confusing. They take the cake when it comes to "jargon"!!
