Module Y3 gave us two WB variants, the RoyalBird (YR4.18) and the StormBird (YR4.19). Both of these ships exchanged the Plasma-R torpedoes of the KingBird and WarBird respectively for two FA tracking Plasma-G torpedoes.
For some reason, these ships struck a chord with me.
According to the Canon description, it appears none of these ships survived to the time of the Treaty of Smarba, so none of them were ever upgraded to tactical warp. HOWEVER, with the Romulan House system, I would suggest that it might have still been possible.
Compared with the Canon War Eagle and King Eagle, this proposal would sacrafice the real reason why those ancient ships continued to be viable (the threat of the Plasma-R) for greater flexibility; notably the two torpedo option for the "Two-Turn-Effs" (FP1.93). Also, despite their small physical size, the WE and KE are Size Class 3 ships; these Type-G torpedoes MIGHT be able to be upgraded to Type-S.

Adm, you are an excellent salesman!
(Seriously, I have planned on getting all the supplementals, but money is very tight for me, so any orders I make are small and VERY rare.
(In fact, I've only ever placed on-line orders from one company; I'll let you guess who... )

For the record, Module R4J fills in all of the spaces for these types of ships, including a MY-era Storm Eagle, a GW-era Queen Storm Eagle (and a Queen War Eagle, too), and lots of others.
It does NOT include any pre-published ships (like the RE and KFal), but fills in the rest of those types of ships.
