(R4.XX) The Romulans by Y184 were essentially bankrupt. They may have converted a Phoenix SCS by replacing the plasma Fs with special sensors around Y187.

That would be ideal, but I suspect that for "game balance" reasons ADB might insist on replacing the plasma-S torps, because... technobabble and handwavium. A Phoenix (or Romulan Optimized Condor) that replaced the F-torps with special sensors could, with creative Romulan tactics, be so useful that you have to wonder why the Romulans wouldn't configure all of them that way...

That is likely correct.The ship would have a Plasma R and 2xPlasma Fs. An alternative is to use a heavy Condor and optimize it and add the hangar for the fighters. It would have the same offensive plasma arrangement. The PL-D racks not sure if they can stay or have to be removed for the fighter hangar.

Demonhawk is a conjectural ship. With the various modules the Romulans have one could make a very good RTN hunter. I have been focusing on ships that can be built.
