Hydran DWX

While there exists a Hydran HDWX, there is no standard X-ship of the Hydran DW to convert to the HDWX.

This is problematic in F&E as there are usually two methods of production: Construction or conversion -- conversion of standard DW/HDW to X-versions is not permitted.
