As I recall, Petrick announced several years ago, on this very BBS, that the punishments will continue until morale improves.

Gee, finally, SOMEONE found a way to impact SVC.

Unfortunately, there has been zero measured improvement to morale.

Perhaps if SVC begged for mercy, Petrick might relent?
