I'm having trouble running the client on Windows 10. My username on the laptop is "Ginger!!!" which is causing issues.

debug.err shows a NoSuchFileException. However, it's trying to open "C:\Users\Ginger!!" which is short one exclamation point.

Is there a config file somewhere I can edit or some other workaround available? I'd hate to have to create a different account just to play.

I'm also emailing support through the site but figure you're also on here and there's always the possibility someone else has seen this and can help me out.

Not sure if that is the cause or a symptom of a different issue. If you can bring up the client and select the "Help/Send Feedback..." that would be a great help for me to diagnose the issue.

Is there a demo video or walkthrough somewhere? There's a ton of stuff going on in the interface and I'm having trouble getting up to speed. I'd like to be able to at least pretend I have a microscopic clue before saddling a real person with teaching me. :D
