I will discuss the situation regarding Steve Petrick as soon as I can get HIPPA clearance and speak with him personally. Until then, I'll do what I can to get SC3 and SS19 running. I need some information. Specifically what did Petrick (or any judge at random) do?

I think this is most of the list:
1. Check the situation on the previous tournament.
2. Get a list of the top 8 finishers sent to Jean.
3. Declare the next event open.
4. Set up the BBS topic.
5. Tell Paul Franz to do his thing.
6. Set up the tree.
7. Ride herd on deadlines and schedules and prod players to get their games scheduled, played, completed, and reported.
8. Adjudications.

Anything else? I can handle the first six and by the time we need 7 I will find someone who can take over the whole thing.

I am more busy than Petrick which is why I'm not the one who has been doing this, but I don't expect Steve to resume this duty any time soon and being company president it's my job to make sure the customers are provided the promised services. I'll do what I can while finding someone to take this helm.

I have at least 3 people who have offered to be a judge and will consult with Steve Petrick before selecting someone for the interim and maybe permanent duty.
