This seems to be a major update with a lot of rules.

This is a pretty major update. There are some decisions that would have to be made on a few ships. (E.g. I have a few questions on the Qari CA.)

Also, would it be a consideration to include some ships from P6 to the limited empires? For example, the extra Flivver ships.

But this IS a lot of work to really update.

I am more concerned about the rules (because they are not in SILVER they would have to be updated).
