In theory Albert can just copy he files from SILVER and be done. Are there any rule updates for those rules that would apply here and to SILVER.

Thanks for starting this Steve.
There are some sections missing that potentially need to go in. These cover new weapon types that employed by the play test / simulator ships, e.g. turrets and megaphasers.
When I am more awake and less burned out, I'll try and compile a list.

If you are looking at the Ship rules -- the tournament aux is not allowed 2 phaser G's anymore.
