Why not have Paul F as the 16th player?

SVC can handle any rulings related to Paul's games. For the tree setup maybe SVC can do it as well. Or Paul can order 15 guys and SVC can roll a d20 (or whatever) until he gets a 1-16 which becomes Paul's spot in the tree.

I can do anything; I cannot do everything (and I need to focus on new products). I'm going to let Paul take care of this until Paul says he cannot handle it. I do encourage him to get it moving. There are still sponsored passes unused so somebody could enter for free. I do not want to start letting people enter one tournament twice or have the judge enter "George Sweeney" and have him forfeit the first game.
