I think a hot selling item would be a General War (or perhaps a series of) scenarios along with fiction/history sections.
That way you would be buying an SFB "sourcebook" along with scenarios.
It would increasing the selling potential in that
a) SFB scenarios covering the general war
b) The stories could entice non-SFB players to buy it, and in the process get sucked into the system.
Just a thought...

Sounds like a good thought. But flip it around. Write GW novels (one for each race?) with a scenario or three thrown in the back of each book.
Ask White Wolf how well game-based novels sell.

SVC/SPP: Has'nt there been a standing offer/request for book length fiction? (+scenarios) I believe that you have been looking for something along those lines. The request was in CL. With the Caveat that there is a chance it would never be published. And that it would have to fit SFU Hisorical continuity. As well as following the SFB rules. (Easier said than done.)

I'm facinated by WWII. Non-SFB'ers think this is crazy but I'm far more facinated by SFBs General War. The fan film idea is awsome. A General War History book with scenarios would be a must buy. Perhaps the two should be developed together. It would suck if they conflicted.
