If you are planning a project that involves getting ADB Inc. permission to post something, you should talk to use before you publicly launch your project.
We don't want to look mean and we don't want you to look foolish if it turns out we cannot allow it for some reason.
Its better to get permission before you reach the point that the project will collapse without it since we can (if there is a problem) help you find another way or another project.
Announcing a project that requires permission to post something and THEN finding out that you cannot post it means you screwed up, and that's easily avoided by asking before you announce the project.
