If you spot a store that should be added to the Hobby Store List, please post as much information as you can find about the store. If a hobby store owner wants to talk to someone at ADB, Inc. about products, please Email Steve Cole with contact and other useful information. Please post your updates for the store list, including stores that you find, stores that no longer stock SFU, and stores out of business. For that matter, it's also very good to report that a store on our list is still there and still stocking our products. Please provide complete address including zip code and phone number.

Sorry if this is not the best place for this question.

My FLGS in Calgary, Alberta has told me that they no longer have a Canadian distributor for Star Fleet products. Is there any distributor shipping to Canada or will I need to order direct now?

I can't find the announcement proper, but in the last couple of years ADB has stopped sending products to distributors, as they were finding many of those were just becoming online only storefronts undercutting them, and the handful of others just weren't generating enough orders to be worthwhile. As such, they are mostly selling direct, but do have a program where physical game stores can order from them at a discount for in-store product.

(Exact details may vary as this is from memory, but that's the gist.)

Several of those "Online Discount" Game sites went out of business nearly a decade ago....

Can't say what happened to their stock, though for a few years, lots/batches of ADB Products showed up on ebay going for lower prices (mainly because few bid on them).....

Been several years, since I regularly sorted through ebay and kept an eye on prices/reported sellers using ADB pictures....

Le Valet d’Coeur made a deal with Leanna, but she will make a deal with any Canadian store that pays their bills and doesn’t discount. Right now they just take special orders but if they get several orders a mighty Canadian spruce could grow from the sapling she planted.

I sent an email to sales@starfleetgames.com (is that Jean now, having taken over from Leanna?) requesting information on how shipping to Canada presently works. I plan on placing a large group order on behalf of the members of Battlegroup Toronto in the coming days, but I am not sure how that is now done. Help!

Nan's Games / Comics / Toys (nansgames.com), near downtown Houston, has a couple of boxes full (about a 4-foot stack) of Star Fleet Universe stuff. It all seems 20+ years old; I don't think they are stocking anything new. My friend who introduced me to SFB said that's where he bought SFB stuff in the early 90s.
