After you recieve a mail order, how long is it usually before you send the item? Do you send it more-or-less right away or does it take you a few days (or even more)?

Leanna gets to the office each morning and normally does orders and nothing but orders until orders are done. For the most part, orders placed before 3pm go out the day we get them (which includes orders placed after 3pm the previous day). There are three possible exceptions:

1. New products, which have a set release date. For example, FCRR3 is due out on the 15th.

2. Leanna has a busy day of things other than orders and only one or two small orders on hand. Not efficient to fire up all the software needed to process orders so she does those the next day.

3. Various unusual events take Leanna out of the office a few days a year, and if orders go out that day, it will be because she did them the day before, or because Petrick took his best shot at getting them out in her absence.
