As a request - going through these older Captain's Logs...and ESPECIALLY the 'Star Fleet Missions' card deck...a *lot* of planet names are turning up in the SFU. The list is getting pretty sizeable!
In many cases, though - and especially for the 'Star Fleet Missions' planets - there really isn't enough data for the 'put a pin on the F&E map somewhere' objective that this project appears to have been originally started for.
This is a GOLDMINE of material for the RPG player, though. I'd simply like to request that, whatever the final format of this data ends up being, it's kept in mind that the RPG players could use this as much as (probably more than) SFB or F&E players.

GURPS Prime Directive 4e
PX 123. ALREADY LISTED - this system is noted in the timeline on page 181 as being an ISC mining colony. In keeping with the listings for Aurora III and Kraknora (which are marked as "Unknown; Federation" and "Unknown; Klingon space" respectively), its entry in the Hex # column might (in the absence of a confirmed pre-Y178 location) be best described as "Unknown; ISC space". 21 June 2010, Gary Carney
