Somewhere along the line, I picked up a Pocket Game sized Designer's Edition Rulebook.
Was this something that was sold prior to the Boxed Set or in conjunction?

These came out right at the transition from Commander's to Captain's edition (1988) so I am not sure if they count:

Module A: Battle Cards
Module B: Terrain Maps
