Every day after lunch, Wolf and I play "Coal Miner's Dogger". I lean all the way back in the chair, and slap my hands on my tummy with a bit of pupperoni dog treat under each hand. The dog then paws, noses, and chews his way to the treats. It's really funny.

Last week, when Jean and I went to the Chinese restaurant she likes, she convinced me to try "stir fry" by noting that as I could scoop up whatever would not kill me and have the cook use butter (instead of some Chinese sauce that I'm allergic to) I would not die. Turns out, I liked it (chicken, pineapple, squash, broccoli) and plan to try other meats in future. Now, a normal plate of Chinese stir fry that normal people would eat is still "foul smelling dog vomit" to me, but the plate below was actually edible and enjoyable and was something new I had never eaten before.

Leanna's post continues ... Of exhaustion from two hours of heavy manual labor in the hot sun repairing the Rambo Barrier that keeps Ramses in the back yard. That after taking Wolf for a half mile walk in the hot sun. Today the company leadership had a big turkey dinner (Steve being full of food when doing the aforementioned work made it worse.) Rather than leave Wolf in a crate, Jean brought him down and we kept Ramses in the other half of the house. Ramses went out his cat door and tried to get in the back door which wasn't allowed as Ramses and Wolf would then fight to the death (of Wolf). Ramses then proceeded to escape from the back yard via a section damaged by the idiot tree trimmers and came to the front door which Wolf was guarding. Combat was avoided by the narrowest of margins.
At least now the fence is fixed again. Steve should recover by tomorrow but no quick trip to the office for him today.-- Leanna

From the stupid questions I've wanted to ask for a long time, but was afraid to, well, because it's stupid...
What the Sam Hill is a FLAP list?
In my industry it has to do with cable modems. I suspect it's not the same here.

There was this squirrel, and Wolf chased it, perhaps too far. Don't tell Jean I unhooked his leash. He's about 7 feet up at this point.
