Hi Jean is it possible to update the cart for consistency so that each module/expansion rules product has a year listed?

Example:
SFB Silver Anniversary Rulebook 2012
SFB Module T: Tournament War 2012
SFB Module J: Fighters! (No year listed)

F&E (Core) Rulebook 2010
F&E Fighter Operations Rulebook 2016
F&E Planetary Operations Rulebook (No year listed)

Also when I clicked ACTA I did not see book 2 listed, is it supposed to be on the cart?

We usually only add the date when there is a revision.

I think that ACTASF2 is only in PDF right now until we are sure all the typos have been caught.

It appears that, at this time, it is not possible to order products directly from ADB for shipment to Canada. I have been contemplating organizing another group order for the members of Battlegroup Toronto that may be interested in getting the various new products that have been published recently (or which are expected to be published soon). Is there any word on when the international shipment issue may be fixed?

Leanna is working on it, but the whole world has gone crazy on shipping. We cannot ship outside the US to anywhere without a stack of international shipping licenses that are bureaucratically difficult to get.

Cross your fingers. Leanna got an updated software package from Stamps.com today and it seems to be processing foreign orders. Until they actually start arriving in foreign homes, we won't know for sure, but it seems to have solved the problem. The test package we sent by ParcelMonkey has been sitting in a London quarantine warehouse over four weeks now, and we have no control over what happens when the package gets to your country, but at least our country will ship it now, which they would not do before.

Another question (now that Leanna has said that shipping is back on to the UK I am building up an order). If somebody orders The North Polar Republic Module E5 direct from you good folks (I want a printed book) am I right in assuming you get E:mailed a color .pdf file of the counters?

Assuming I have this right I would like to say this is a very good option for us UK folks you have created - a copy on your machines down the hall which match the paper size of everything else and will be bound but still enabling us to get color counters. Like me UK people might be able to use a works printer to do counters (one sheet) but getting booklets printed out professionally and in the right size in the UK, forget it.

So when I attempt to access the online store I get this message

"Checking your browser before accessing starfleetstore.com."

and then I, for the most part, get stuck there. About 90% of the time on my main computer and about 50% of the time on my tablet.

Even when I do get in I often have it do a DDOS check on my machine while I am browsing.

That is clearly not how it is meant to work.

If you use their diagnostic tool

and run it against your site

https://www.cloudflare.com/en-ca/diagnostic-center/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.starfleetstore.com

you'll see that there are several errors in the configuration that need to be addressed. Specifically the DNSSEC isn't configured correctly and there isn't a DS record indicated.

Someone will need to go into your Cloudflare settings and fix those as I can't be the only person this is happening to.

Zac, if it works for everyone but you, maybe the problem is on your end?

I cannot say definitively that you are the only one having the issue, but we get lots of orders every day, no one but you has ever reported an issue, and no one can reproduce the issue you are having.

That seems to come down on the side of something in your system is the issue.

I did send your comments to someone to look at, but I haven't seen their reply yet.
