Delete in its entirety the sentence, "Fast-loaded plasma cannot be armed as enveloping or shotgun torpedoes." There are no enveloping or shotgun plasma in Federation Commander, thus the sentence is unnecessary.

(8C63) Captain's Log #53 - The first paragraph in 8C63b INITIAL SETUP follows the FC scenario format described in the FC_Scenario_Design_Guide.pdf.

However, subsequent paragraphs ("Barrier", GREEN, GOLD) use hex-numbers to describe the setup. These are probably copy-paste artifacts from the SFB scenario. As the FC map panels lack hex-numbers, this is a problem.

The easiest fix I can think of is to add a sentence pointing players to the downloadable SFB map as a reference for the hex-numbers.

The update to the special raid rule (320.3) on pages 106-108 also requires changing rule references in other rules. I apologize if this is the wrong place to post them but ideally they would have accompanied the rule update. I propose the following line items and suggestions:

(208.0) For the “Raids, Special” line change (320.311) to (320.32).

(320.24) Change (320.31) to (320.311).

(537.32) This rule needs to be update to what effect (if any) that an EWN now has on intercepting a special raid.

Note that section 3A3 of the online Master Sequence of Play will also need updating but as that is an online resource there would have been no need for a list of chances to have accompanied the rule update (except perhaps to say it would be updated at some point).
