Looking for SFB opponents

Star Fleet Universe Discussion Board: Seeking Opponents: Looking for SFB opponents
What is Starlist?
Starlist is a list of players who have over the years contacted ADB to either order product or to locate opponents in their local area. ADB offers as a service to players the ability to obtain a list of players in their area by submitting their contact information to the database using the form below.

Everything has to be in all caps except the Email address (which should be in whatever case it really is). There is no punctuation anywhere (the Post Office doesn't like it) except the comma after your last name. If you don't have an apartment number, skip it. If you don't live in the US, add your country and postal code in the appropriate format. This list is sent free to gamers in your area, stores with in-house gaming, and local conventions. It is never used for commercial mailings and you are not to use it for this. You will often find former SFB players who lost their regular opponents and would start playing if they had a new one (i.e., you).

This is an opt-in list, and by submitting the information requested you desire to be contacted for the purposes stated above. You must be 13 or older to use Starlist unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Starfleetgames.com respects the privacy of our young captains in training.

Then...if is not a problem for you...what I have to do to join the party? :-)

If the email in your profile is correct, I'll add you to my list of battle captains. Monitor this thread for people looking for a captain to take over, and jump in when like what you see. I might occasionally email you (and the other battle captains) about scenarios that have gone looking for someone to run them.

Hello Matthew,

the mail is correct and I will check the "To Aim At Glory" thread is someone is looking for a player.

Hello everyone :)

Hi everyone. My name is Jeff and I'm looking for somebody in the Northern Virginia/DC area that plays regularly to help me get back into the game. I haven't played in years and am looking to get back into it.

Looking for SFB/Fed Commander players in the NOVA/DC/MD area.

I live in Fairfax. If you know where the Fair Oaks Mall is, I live about 1/2 a mile away from that. My email address is in my profile. Please contact me at your convenience.

Hello All,

Are there any groups located in the Houston area that would be up for teaching/guiding a relative newbie? I played a long time ago and am looking to get back into it.

Greeley, northern section. Holler anytime if can help. :0

By Loren Knight (Loren) on Tuesday, October 08, 2013 - 11:58 am: Edit

Hey, I've been to Greeley. Flat lands and corn, right? Lived in Loveland, had a girl in Fort Collens, and installed satalite TV dishes in Greeley (and all over but mostly there).

IIRC. It was a hazy time as I was just shy of nineteen, blond and blue eyed from Southern California.

I'm looking for SFB players in the Monmouth/Independence OR area. Anyone out there?

By Matthew Potter (Neonpico) on Monday, February 17, 2014 - 02:46 pm: Edit

Oregon has a small, but thriving online player base. I am in the south-douglas-county area (about 80 miles from the california border). There are other players in the Eugene, Cottage Grove, and Portland area.

Bill, you ask it by email, which you already did.

Looking for Seattle area SFB players

Willing to learn F&E not terribly interested in FC.

Can host or travel anywhere from Olympia to Burlington/Mt Vernon.

I have just updated my collection to contain all of the Alpha modules. Next on my list is C5, and Triangulum. Then Omega.

May try SFBOL as well but really loathe to pay for another gaming addiction

I just moved back to the Milwaukee area. I will be looking to get a game in, in a few weeks. I did not bring my SFB stuff.

Hi me again. Moved back to Chicago. Looking for players.

By Ken Rodeghero (Ken_Rodeghero) on Monday, November 03, 2014 - 08:43 am: Edit

I would call Games Plus in Mt. Prospect. It is a great game store with plenty of in-store gaming. I know they had a group playing Federation Commander regularly at one time. I am not sure if they still are but I would recommend starting there. A quick look at their calendar shows Federation Commander open play next up on 20 December.

I am now in Milwaukee.
