Some of these topics are ones that tend to create strong emotions and may provoke opinionated posts. Such topics which have little or nothing to do with the business of the company exist for one reason: to keep customers coming back to the BBS where they will be made aware of new products and other news. This is why these troublesome topics cannot simply be deleted to stop wasting SVC's time and Jean's time. It has long been a practice to exclude people who (through disruptive posts, ridiculous positions, or lack of knowledge) take up too much SVC/JS time. But again, the point is to keep customers coming back.

To that end, anyone who "drives people out of the topic" is damaging the company and will be excluded from the topic.

Topics that grow heated may be suspended without warning, especially if the moderators and administrators are working under a short deadline to get a product out.
