FireHawk

Do see a lot of crisp details. Any notable warping or such?

By Steve Cole (Stevecole) on Monday, March 26, 2012 - 03:14 pm: Edit

You'd be able to see it if there were any.

That is a VERY nice casting. Good to see :) :) :) :)

Can we see the firehawk underside?

Looking at this pic has me thinking that those who really want something closer to the original firehawk could kitbash one easilly by cutting the wings off the L/R engines and attaching the nacelles straight to the main hull.

Looks very nice! I too would like to see the underside.

Maybe somebody might email Joel and ask him to do that for you?

I love the detail shown in the photo. It is beyond what I expected to see after seeing some of the resin photos people had posted.

It looks like Mongoose has really outdone themselves in efforts to fix the early growing pain issues they were having.

Oooooh! I can't wait!

Got my Romulan Fleet box.

I have to say a good solid mini's all round.

The Eagle series are all 1 solid peice casting. Not much flash to clear off. I do like the bird etching which helps us average mini's painters :D.

The Kestrel and Hawk series are very easy to put together.

I would say that the mini's are top notch well worth the wait :D

The Romulan ?? is most likely a King Eagle.

What's the second to last one? Vulture?

By Gary Carney (Nerroth) on Saturday, June 09, 2012 - 05:18 pm: Edit

I like the look of that FastHawk. (I hope we get a matching Fast SparrowHawk to go alongside it someday.)

Terry - Battle Hawk - I had happy fingers...

By Will McCammon (Djdood) on Saturday, June 09, 2012 - 06:45 pm: Edit

Second to last one is the King Eagle. Note the beefy engines and main hull basically identical to the War Eagle.

Darnit had it right the first time. Need to stop answering these things on a droid. I lose my place scrolling to much.

From the bottom up NovaHawk, King Eagle, Battle Hawk, Fast Hawk, War Eagle, Sparrow Hawk, Sky Hawk, and Snipe.
