Hi Paul
A suggestion here. Until you get the rules completely integrated into 1 package, how about posting a PDF file of the current rule book & all the add-ons on the new SFW website? I have missing pages from my rule book it seems. Also a copy of the ships list is needed for players.

By add-ons I mean the items in the news letters & the items that periodically appear in the game (such as Free MRS, Free Drones etc. --- none of these are actually documented in the rules. Vets know when they will appear & how much they cost, but newbies don't have a clue about them.)

3x4 no wrap
2500 eps
15 order lines 1st turn only
multiple buy penalties
1. no sg
2. no ws
3. all sectors are npc type, no enemy ships, no monsters.......
4. all sites are doubled no prsp for $$
5. all ho start with a base station
7. no events
8. no freebies
9. each player chooses a sector special for their ho
10. each player gets to choose 1 race, CP order avaluable on y177 and 189 ect
11. primary race restriction is in affect for the primary build
12. no supply and demand
13. MULTIPLE BUILD PENALTY IN EFFECT........ADD THE 15% PER FOR MULTIPLE DUPLICATE HULL PURCHASES DURRING A TURN'S BUILD
14. STARTING YEAR 165
16. other orders such as bo, lp, te are governed by DH format............

My only concern about that is the privacy/spam issue. If people are ok with it. I will post a list of current players with their name and callsign and a form that allow you to find out the Email address of a single player. This should protect people from Spammers.
