recognized as soveriegn Semper space We had expected them to return these intrepid but foolish hydran pathfinders back into 43 but they advanced again. So we are forced to send in our border patrol hunter killers 5 destroyers to rid sector 42 of this scourge unless they immediately retreat. Its a huge number of assets to put in that sector but our soveriegnty must be defended. Wait a minute on no they didnt go there..... it has been reported that they tried to spy on us an outrage on a peaceful loving people now it must be immediate withdrawal from 42 and a humble apology or face 5 hellbores now and more in the future

Lloyd,
This is my first game back in 9 years. Many things are different now and to quote the DOC, many players want my hide up on their wall. I was the first ACE in this game, everything after that is for fun and sooner or later someone WILL take me down (in 60+ games it hasn't happened yet but sooner or later it will). And when they do, I will say good game and play another. I have made a number of mistakes in this game, not the least of which was trust some folks who were really on the other guys side of the line. Those mistakes have been noted as have the names. I do know this, I haven't called up anyone and threatened them, or sent any hate mail or any other such nonsense of the type that shows that someone is holding on way too tight. I could pull a "Texas Mafia" and stack 10 grand on my HO, and stick around, but what fun is that?
To quote an old friend and at times adversary:
"Have fun, be young and drink Pepsi"

It's a game......

Yes that is true I moved and in order to help someone out it was done in a too quick fashion I lost (or packed away too well) my 30 and 86 notebooks missed a vital turn so Ill just rev it up in 31

Is anyone else out there fighting Inglorious Tribbles? If so, lets talk. I had a border with him and he jumped across it last night with maps he obtained from someone else who I just knocked out so this has been set up for quite a while.
If he doesn't kill me in his next two turns, he is gonna know what the Germans in Stalingrad felt like as my forces start to pivot to our blindside.
Also, anyone who had a deal with NUCK N FUTS can also contact me since I will abide by those deals also.

A news update from Confederate Navy Headquaters at Warbase Stonewall Jackson orbiting over the Capital.

As the citizens of the Republic were celebrating our hard fought victory over the NUCK N FUTS war machine news started to trickle in from our Northern Border regions of a dastardly sneak attack by the Inglorious Tribbles Corp, a empire to our North and one that we had a firm negotiated border with. Coming down from their sectors, the Tribbles burst across the borders at 4 points and managed to take a single Confederate site.
Meeting behind closed doors, the Confederate Government sent an immediate letter to the Tribbles with a demand to explain themselves and also sent the original note from our past negotiations.
No reply was received.
Admiral Sector Bonus has issued the following statement.
"Looking over the evidence, it is obvious that the war with Nuck N Futs was designed to draw our forces south so the Tribbles could waltz in and cherry pick a quick win. The Tribbles camp operates with at least 3 other minions in tow and cannot be trusted in this game or forever in our opinion and a state of war now exists in perpetuity. Our forces are re-deploying as we speak and while we may suffer some short term losses, a few horrendous, we believe that we have found a number of holes in the Tribble war philosophy and capabilities and will soon make Tribbly rue the day he back stabbed us. Already we are implementing battle plan Texas Mafia for our Home World and are reloading our ships fresh from the NUCK N FUTS fight to deal with this new menace.
We call on any other Corporations fighting dribbles to contact so we can implement a multi pronged attack. If no one steps up, we will fight to the last drone in this and every other quadrant until the tinkle scourge is wiped from the galaxy"

A news update from the Confederate Capital Buildings Main Rotunda and Bar;

Celebrations continue all over the Republic today as an agreement has been reached between the Confederate Republic and the Inglorious Tribbles Corporation.

Details have been held in secrecy, but it if fair to say that the settlement was very fair to both sides and that the misunderstanding that precipitated the crisis was found to have been caused by interstellar background noise that hampered communications.
With the Great Unpleasantness behind us, both Corps are now free to do other things and see other people.
When asked what he thought, Admiral UDIENOW belched heavily and passed out in a barrel of Blood Wine brought in by the Klingon Peace Corps and Admiral Sector Bonus has taken a few days off to run on the wheel in his office.
