AO22 is finished and handed off to Jean. She will upload it to the PDF stores sometime today (it is not the only thing she has on her to-do list) and it will take them 4d6 hours to release it, so you should find it sometime tomorrow at worst.

Q&A Ruling in Capt log 53 confirmed: The presence of an admiral (or Marine major general) does not increase the command rating of a given unit for pinning calculation purposes (during movement phase). The presence of a flag officer only permits one additional unit beyond the command rating of a battle force (during combat phase). Suggest the following:
