BS/BTS: Per SFB rule (E2.14) Orions can never have phaser-4s. That being the case, would their base stations and battle stations still have the same attack factors as other empires that do have phaser-4s? In Orion SIT PDF dated 4/27/2017 page 1, SAL is listed with build/subst cost of 125. This appears very high and I believe it is incorrect. In the 2003 CO rulebook this ship is listed as scheduled cost of 8. --Mike Erickson 9 Dec 2021
