Hydran PGS: This unit has a construction cost of 7, which is the same as the base hull (PGZ). As the conversion cost of a PG? to a PGS is 2, it may be that the PGS should have a construction cost of 9.

Hydran PGR: This unit has a construction cost of 11, which is four more than the construction cost of the base hull (PGZ). As most SRs cost five over the construction cost of the base unit, this unit should possibly cost 12.

Hydran PFT: This unit has a construction cost of 11, which is four more than the construction cost of the base hull (PGZ). As most PFTs cost five over the construction cost of the base unit (maybe all PFTs?), this unit should possibly cost 12.

Hydran PGV: The conversion cost is listed as 3 (plus fighters), it should probably be 2 as it is a medium carrier and the standard for such a conversion seems to be 2.

Hydran PGV: The construction cost is listed as 8, which is one more than the cost of the base hull. As the ship is a medium carrier, it should probably have a construction cost of 2 over the base hull construction cost of 7, resulting in a cost of 9.

Hydran SR: The construction cost is listed as 9 (plus fighters). As the ship is not a fusion ship, it's base cost would possibly be 6 (this is apparently the case for the UH, which has a construction cost of 8), this would mean the ship's construction cost should possibly be 11 (plus fighters). This might also affect the construction cost of the SRV and SRG.

Hydran Pol: This unit has been listed as having a cost of 2.5 (plus fighters) if substituted for an FF. As it is a 3 defense unit, it might be reasonable for it to have a cost of 2 (plus fighters), similar to the playtest Klingon E3.

Hydran FFT: Date available should be Y134 (not Y150). Rationale: The SFB Master Ship Chart YIS is 134. - Jason E. Schaff 01/12/2014

Hydran PIC: Cost listed at 13+2, should be 13+1. Rationale: Hybrid carrier fighter cost per factor is 1, per 432.24. John de Michele 06/06/2014

Hydran PIG: Cost listed at 13+2, should be 13+1. Rationale: Hybrid carrier fighter cost per factor is 1, per 432.24. John de Michele 06/06/2014

Hydran: Frigates: CR: Cost 3.5 should be 3. The Kzinti FF is 2.5, while the much improved FFK is 3. Klingon E4 is 2.5, while the much improved F5 is 3. The CR is 5/2 as opposed the CU 4/2 or HN 3-4/2, Z-FF and K-E4 4/2 or Z-FFK and K-F5 5/3. Thomas Mathews 18 Jun 2014

Additional reasoning for above change: Romulan SN 4/2 costs 2.5, while Romulan SNB 5/2 costs 3 The SNB is considered a FF leader in the notes section. Thomas Mathews 18 Jun 2014

I think it comes under the same sort of thing as the F5L costing 1 more than the F5 and such. Other leader ships (other than the SNB) cost 1 pt (or more) than non leader versions. I don't think we should change the counters on a ship the Hydrans are unlikely to build in any case.

If anything was considered for change (of leaders), I think the SNB should probably cost 3.5 rather than 3 (being a fairly significant refit).

Actually, the SNB isn't a leader version (despite the SIT note, which should probably be changed), it's just an improved version. Note that the CR is 3 on both the SN and SNB.

Ah, nevermind then.
