Well, I was working thorugh the MASTER SIT folder and found a total mess of a partial SIT for the WYNS and decided to try to shake it into the format and throw it up here and see who salutes.

ZDF: Conversion Cost: From ZFF: 2. This is correct. The ZDF does not have scout sensors. See SSD in Module C3. Non scout drone ship conversions are 2 EPs. This is standard across the drone using empires, e.g. Fed NCD: From NCL: 2, Klingon D5D: From D5: 2. Drone ship conversions with scout sensors are 3. This change of a blanket 3 point conversion of drone ships was changed to 2 for non scout drone ships while scout drone ships remained at 3, e.g. Kzinti CLD, CD, and Klingon D6D.

Memo For Record
WYN CWP (PFT) recommend changing EW rating to EW=3. Rationale: This PF tender has four special sensor over the two nominal on other PFTs.
Per (R12.25) "ORCA-P PF TENDER (PFT): The WYNs built their PFT on an Orca hull, rather than the smaller Mako, because of the need for range and space-worthiness. This PFT was very unusual, in that it had four sensors, excess power, and a huge repair bay. This reflected that it would be the only source of PF repairs and the only heavy scout in the WYN Return Fleet." STRONG - 19 APR 2017
