Okay, since someone asked for this, here is the breakdown of each empire's stats:

Hex Count: on-map plus approximate number of off-map hexes.
Provinces: on-map plus off-map.
Major/Minor Planets: on-map plus off-map plus capital hex planets.
Starbase / BATS: Total number Starbases & Battle Stations marked on the map, listed as off-map, and in the capital hex.
Income: Standard F&E income. The table is sorted on this value.

Orion is listed separately and thus not included in Federation totals.

If one assumes the ISC off-map area is symmetrical to the on-map area, there should be eight more BATS off-map for a total of 26.

When I drafted the SB/BATS list up-topic, I placed a BATS over the LRD Minor planet. Now I can't find the reference that made me do so. Ergo, I listed two BATS instead of three in this table.

Minor typo in charts posted Jan-2012: Hydran BATS "L-3" should be in hex 0515, not 0510. Not sure if an Admin can edit it now.

Very few of the planets are actually on the F&E map. We only have the really large and important minor ones. The rest are part of the provincial income.

This is really pretty art work: Star Fleet Universe map.

I would love it if someone with the same level of artistic ability (that counts me out) could do something like that with markers for all the Starbases / BATS with their numbers and major planets with their names, to include some important worlds not on the F&E map (e.g. Organia).

I have an Illustrator version of the F&E map that could probably be tweaked into something artistic (assuming I can get it open with the new version of Illustrator and the layers are intact).

Also the ISC have 8 major planets and 7 minor planets at their capital, not 7 major and 8 minor.

The above chart is almost 10 years old. The chart has some errors.

The OOBs are correct.
