D5DX: Is the conversion cost from D5X to D5DX really 3 points? P Bakija, 17 July, 2019.

That makes building a D5X and converting it to D5DX *cheaper* than building a D5DX outright (13 XTP vs 14 XTP).

<B><FONT COLOR="119911">FEDS concurs that the D5DX conversion from D5X at 3XTP is too low and recommends it be changed to at least 4 XTPs. Rationale: the Kzinti CDX and the D5XD are rated at 4 EW and 4 points of drone bombardment and the minimum cost of any added EW is 1 point per factor.
