(532.225) add: CAV and NVA carriers may be treated as single ship carriers in Y180+. Reasons below:

R2.100 CVH does indeed state that the ship operated without escorts beginning in Y180.
F&E Rule (440.1) Covering the NVH and NVA, F-111 and A-20 variants respectively, and the SIT state these ships are single ship carriers and do not require escorts.
R2.132 CAV does state that the ship can operate without escorts beginning in Y180 in the table showing the most likely escorts.

Q532.225 This rule should be changed to read that All A-20s carriers must be escorted until Y180 at which time they may be treated as single ship carriers. See A-20 Carriers from SFB referenced below:

R2.56 does state that the NVH (actually NVA in F&E) ships can operate without escorts beginning in Y180 in the table showing the most likely escorts.

R2.99 CSV does state that the ship can operate without escorts beginning in Y180 in the table showing the most likely escorts.

R2.122 NSV does state that the ship can operate without escorts beginning in Y180 in the table showing the most likely escorts.

R2.132 CAV does state that the ship can operate without escorts beginning in Y180 in the table showing the most likely escorts.

R2.134 NHA does state that the ship can operate without escorts beginning in Y180 in the table showing the most likely escorts.

(514.1) You must provide the fighters at the time the swarm is created so once the die rolls total 100 you might have to wait for fighters. In normal production, that means waiting for the next Spring turn (unless you happened to save the fighters from the last or current Spring turn). Using annualized production it would require you to save fighters from previous turns (when you saw the swam total getting close to 100) or wait until an entire year of free fighters had been donated to the swarm.

(530.221) Fed reference to (529.0) should be (527.0).
(530.221) Romulan SPBH proper designation is SPV.
(530.225) The Klingon and Kzinti VHPs are standard pods the same size as cargo pods. They are not under VAP restrictions.
