DEALT WITH 13 MAY 2017
HDWH Note says "Carrier (A20) mode of HDW." Factors show "10V", but this is a Jindarian HDW. Unclear what is intended.

HDWP Note says unit is conjectural, which is correct for UFP (source), but not Jind. Note should be: "PFT variant" or similar

LHY Factors for fighters clearly wrong ("Y" fighters are UFP, and 16H would be two SQ of heavy fighters). Staff review please.
