As for TEM/TEM+ notes above, I think the TEM+ was published in Captain's Log before the factors were changed (along with some other middle years DNs) in the most recent version of FO. I think the TEM factors are current and the TEM+ are not. If my memory is wrong, I apologize in advance.

RBE: You are correct. The TEM+ playtest factors from CL38 in 2008 and need to be corrected to reflect these test results:

Hydran TEM+: The factors for the TEM+ should now read 10-12(6)/5-6(3); Delete PAL conversion and replace with From TEM: 1; change build cost to read 16+6. STRONG - 28 APR 2017


Also need to add these Templar conversions to the Paladin:

HDW Variants: On other empires' SITs (and the first two HDW variants on this one), the various HDW variants use a slight modification of the HDW Factors, which for the Hydran HDW is "5-7(3)/3-4(1)". However, all of the variants on this SIT except the HDWE and HDWV appear to be using "6-7(1)/3-4(half fighter factor)" as their base. Is this correct? F Brooks, 1 May 2017.
