Unless overruled by ADB, in both cases above, the Vudar should have had one APT and one PTR in each Capital Fleet. This was an oversight on my part as I had it in my original notes but I somehow dropped them from the final product.

There is a note in Minor Empires that the Vudar incorporate their POLs into their fleet.

However, the OOB in Minor Empires has no Vudar Pols in their fleet.

Perhaps some Pols should be in their fleet.

RBE: The Vudar police ships include their FLGs leading their FFs (which are suppose to be "policing" those regions for the Klingons).

That is true, but I was referring to actual POLs. It seems strange that they don't at least have a couple or something (unless their FF _is_ their POL).
