Good news and bad new.
Good news, I got surprised with a promotion and running a new team at work.
Bad news, this totally disrupts my PTO plans and at this point I am F1, I need to see how things play out with workload and trainings. I will update if things change abruptly.

I am out, as well.
This week is 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date for my grand-daughter- Lillianna Grace... well within the margin of error.

I have since advised all my children that they should be aware of upcoming convention dates and practice abstinence for a period corresponding to a estimate 4-week due date surrounding these events.

Now at F9.95.

Reservation made and train tickets purchased; arriving early morning of 2/16 and departing very late evening of 02/23. Means that I won't be around for anything going on on the 24th.

One possible wrinkle that makes me 9.95 instead of 10; government shutdown stupidity. Before things went "boom" at the end of last week, the plan was to do another CR until mid-February. If that does happen and things then fall apart again, I won't be able to come. I'm an "excepted" employee, and thus not allowed to be absent from work in the event of a lapse in funding.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

We usually have a couple of games going. One is Early Beginnings with six players. I believe there is one person on the Winterfest list, Robert Weneck, who expressed interest in playing it.

The combined DotEW/GW start worked well last year, it can take up to seven players. It would be interesting to see how it goes with all competent players in it.

That being said we have eleven, with Mr. Weneck, and with six of them in EB, that would leave five for some other scenario. If we had two more we could fully staff the EotEW/GW game, unless you guys wanted to do some other scenario.

What say you? EB and some other scenario or two different scenarios? Let's hear some opinions.
