No, probably too late for that it looks like. I posted on their forum to see if anybody was interested in a learning game. I would propose just using the normal (small) map and do something like the first scenario in the open game area. We will see if there is any interest.

Mike, it looks like there is some interest in taking a look at the game, but not enough commitment to play. Those with interest are committed to other big games. I plan on bringing my stuff to give people a look, but I would say you don't need to bring anything for F&E as it is likely wouldn't be used. We may just do a quick example turn with some combat or something like that.

Well Mike, hope you had a better week than me. I woke up the second day with headache and sore throat. I spent the rest of the week in bed. Just starting to feel normal again this afternoon. And back to work tomorrow.

Just Mike for another game, and me. But I only lasted one day before getting sick. So no F&E happened.

I feel like with ADB being 'leaner and meaner' and a host of the fans also 'tight a trim' we need to look into taking Origins back by force in 2021.

There was also the guy who attended Origins (about the same time we did) who said screw GAMA and built his own convention called GrandCon. Its on the west side of Michigan where I used to live in Grand Rapids.

And of course there is West Coast Con a dream of all who live out west to invite the east coasters to the land of no snow (unless you want it). Maybe its time for this 2020 fall or 2021 spring?

We have discussed an AirBNB but the incident in Lafayette not long ago has possibly killed that idea. Last we counted there were approx 12 players in CA alone. After Sept 1 (college bound children) I will have 2 spare rooms. Sacramento is cheaper to fly into usually and there are at least 7-8 of us within 90 min of that location. (Oh and for Mike a couple of nice historical Train museums)

I'm already making plans for Origins 2021, since my daughter and son in law now live in Ohio. I could easily switch my plans to an all F&E week there instead!!!
