Andromedans are masters of the map. The Tholian Capital and Tholian territory is now Andromedan home territory. All bases except in non-Tholian capitals belong to the Andromedan. There is a Andromedan fleet of 8 ships on every starbase and a Andromedan fleet of 4 ships on every battle station. (Ryan will tell us what these fleets consist of.)

Each nation starts with 50% of its Y168 fleet -- all in the capital hex(es). No nation can move its ships out of its territory. No nation can give aid to another nation; it's every nation for themselves.

No off map areas.

For economics, assume that the Andromedans get 1/2 of the income for the entire map (100% in their space and the neutral zones) and the rest goes to the respective nations. All Andromedan production is in comes from the Mallagenic Cloud via the former Tholian Capital and all other nations in their respective capitals. Use the GW production schedules except that Ryan will rewrite the Andromedan schedules. The Andromedans get to use special strategic movement rules via their RTN written by the F&E staff. Credit to SVC, I just changed the words Tholian and Seltorian to Andromedan.

Alas, the Andromedan rules don't exist at this time, as far as I know.

Is this an Intelligence Failure guess (possibly Tholian influenced) about the plans of the Andromedans? Or the last phase of the Dark Future? This would suggest at least that the LDR capital does not exist. I'd have to check my references before making the LDR Andy home territory.
