Specific NO DATA blank spots on CW SIT.

Romulan K4G (probably a ghost)

==============

FEDS: Does the K4G even exist or could one exist in the SFU from the Klingon E4G? If so, then maybe we need to include one in CW.

***IF*** a K4G exists, it might look like this in F&E:

UnitRef #FactorsProdCRDateHull Conv CostBuild CostSalvNotes
K4GTBD2-4G/1-2TBD3Y168K4(4)From E4G: 1For K4: 2.50.625Commando variant §.

If K4G exists then REPLACE redundant KE at Row9Col4 with K4G as there is already a KE at Row2Col2. The Historical scenario only needs two KE counters and this product will have three (from three sheets) already.
============
FEDS:
Kzinti CLC (R12 ship never done on any SIT).
UnitRef #FactorsProdCRDateHull Conv CostBuild CostSalvNotes
CLC9457-6/3CL207Y127CLC(3)From CL: 1For CL/CW: 71.750"Command Variant §. Limit one per turn by any means."

==============
WYN HCW
FEDS:
UnitRef #FactorsProdCRDateHull Conv CostBuild CostSalvNotes
HCW538-7/4CW6Y182HCW(3)From CW: 1For CW: 5.51.375Base Hull Type: HCW §

=========================
WYN LTT
FEDS:
UnitRef #FactorsProdCRDateHull Conv CostBuild CostSalvNotes
LTTA107/4CW6Y183CW(3)From CW: 1For CW: 51.250Light Tactical Transport

ABOVE DATA INTEGRATED INTO SIT. I COULD NOT INSERT THIS NOTE WITHOUT DESTROYING THE FORMATTING.

No K4G exists. One certainly could but it is way too late in the design process to add it now.

ALL FIXES MADE
=
Here are my Wyn comments based on the just-posted SIT
==
Wyn LTT (row 1, column 7) – SIT has red highlighting where compot factors would go. – Williams Feb 11
FEDS: See above post.
SVC: That is how I mark missing data. Chuck provided it.
=
Wyn HCW (row 1, column 10) - SIT has red highlighting where compot factors would go. – Williams Feb 11
FEDS: See above post.
SVC:IBID
=
Wyn CWF (row 2, column 5) – counter has 6-7F, SIT has 5-7F – Williams Feb 11
FEDS: 6-7F/3-4 is correct; SIT fix required.
SVC made correction
=
Wyn DWD (row 4, column 3) – SIT has diamond on front, counter does not – Williams Feb 11
FEDS: ADD scout diamond on the front of counter to match the SIT; the SSD shows 2 special sensors.
SVC: done, no change to sit
=
Wyn DWP (row 4, column 7) – counter front has diamond, SIT does not – Williams Feb 11
FEDS: SIT needs a scout diamond to match the counter; the SSD shows 1 special sensor.
SVC Corrected SIT

I looked at the Feb 11 CW SIT to see if my comments from last week related to SIT information were reflected in the CW SIT.

The Wyns weren't resolved until after the CW SIT's posting so they are not included in this update.

I have verified that CW SIT reflects the correct values with one exception. The Lyran Rebel Pol has a strength of 4 on the CW SIT. Per the comments above, it should be 3-4. Note - it also is still "4" on the Lyran MSIT on the website, but per comments above the change has been made on a copy of the Lyran MSIT not yet posted.

===========

FEDS: The Rebel Lyran POL value is 3-4/None as it is it correctly displayed on the counter. The Lyran SIT has yet to update this information.

FIXES complete.

I'm looking at (634.0) and thinking of some questions I have in general about the WYN Cluster in F&E. I expect these will be addressed in Civil Wars or some other publication. They don't need to be handled here, but it may be worth discussing.

How is Salvage (439.0) handled? I would think it will be handled not too differently than (439.15) WEBS.

Does the WYN navy have a greater chance of capturing enemy ships due to the possibility of their being (P7.93) Zone Crippled from the SFB rules? Any destroyed invading ship which otherwise qualifies for (424.0) DEPOT-LEVEL REPAIRS is probably Zone Crippled and cannot leave the Cluster, possibly increasing its chances of being captured. Rule (424.37) DISALLOWED would minimize the WYN player's ability to capture large ships.

How would combat inside the Cluster be handled should the Cluster be conquered by one of its neighboring empires and another neighboring empire tried to take it away? I would expect that any bordering empire which expends the ships necessary to conquer the Cluster would be vulnerable to both its home territory being attacked and the newly defanged Cluster being attacked. This Cluster defense by the new owners could involve units moved by both reaction and reserve movements into the Cluster. Would defending units moved into the Cluster be available for combat without their being crippled for the first battle round? I imagine that a bordering empire's conquering the Cluster would entice another bordering empire to try to take it away ASAP before the first/most recent victors could reinforce its defenses.

Does the WYN radiation shell affect Reaction Movement in any way?

Being that the Cluster is the most resource rich hex on the F&E map, is 15 EPs a sufficient return on investment for conquering it?
