I like the annex idea but wouldn't a Master Depot (inclusive of all products) be the same thing?

I was also under the impression that for the most part the intended answer the question of "Depot's as __?" is already covered by the SIT column Base Hull; Size Column (755.0)?

Once the base is established only the exceptions and restrictions matter and it would help keep them to a minimum number.

The supplemental file (800.0), rule (000.0) EW Ratings for Bases;

There is no listing of the EW rating for SB-X and BTS-X. The SFB and SFX ratings have not been added either.

Has the SBX rating been updated? Currently a SBX listing in the original AO Annex has better EW than a SFX, with numbers running from 2 EW at full compot to 7 EW at minimum compot. A SFX runs from 1 EW at full compot to 6 EW at minimum compot. This strikes me as a bit strange, but I don't know the weapons and sensor loadout on a SFX so it could be correct (but it does seem strange).

Daniel, I believe the supplemental file is currently a placeholder awaiting full updates after AO2022 at the very least - I noted earlier this week that the (450.4) Allowable Substitutions entry is currently just a copy of what's in PO2021, without the ISC or minor empires added in yet.

Other than the TOC, have any of the Annexes posted been updated to include the additions made with the 2022 release of Strat Ops?
