(607.262) mentions an activation rate of 1xD6 & 2xF5 per turn, and notes that after all D6s are activated, the slot can be used for F5s. It will take 9 turns to activate all the D6s and 8 to activate the F5s. Given the 26 vs. 23 ship count (see other line item), perhaps there should be 6xD6 instead of 9?
