Jeepers Mike how will we get the map and counters?

SVC/Jean is there a waiver again this year? If so, is it a new version, or can we use the one we used last year?
Attendees and potentials...Any adds or updates to folks interested in attending?
With my costs of repairs to my primary vehicle exceeding 2k right now and another 1k to go my financial ability to attend has dropped me to F0.
I will get the special map printed for Ryan, I will get the EB hexes for Lar. Both will arrive with Ryan as he will still be using my home as a staging point in his trip from VA. I will also still keep Tiki's brother for the week to save Ryan on some boarding costs. What's one more 100 lb dog in a king sized bed when you have two already...

Lar. please post a final decision on whether we are gaming in the BnB or if Steve needs to book the Ranch. Currenly we have 8 very likely attendees, and a couple of possibles. I have no idea if Chuck has made a final decision on coming or not.

Looks like only one set of counters will be available, mine, unless someone else can ship a set.
I can support one big game for sure, I can support civil war games.
I'm bring a full size map and two half size maps ( one east one west) plus the EB maps.

I can bring two 4ft tables and maybe my two 8 ft tables(not sure these will fit with the other stuff and the dog to TN).
Al will lend his big table that y'all used last time.
So I count 8 people at Yes I'm going to be there, one who hasn't answered and one at 50% for possible attendance. Of the 8 two are new players.
We are likely to only have on counter set (mine) but I'm not sure I could support a EB and a regular game. I could support a EB and some Civil War or other smaller games.
I would really like to try the new Winds of Fire Scenario. I know it's a big setup but this might be the only time we get to playtest the game before it get published.

I messaged the venue for more specifics, I had already discussed with them we would be having 'daily meetings' in the house.
We have a venue for setting up one or two games. They have no issues with us moving furniture and setting up table spaces in the basement game room or the Living Room.
I inquired about adding an extra night as some of us have later departures. Unfortunately the place is rented so we all have to be out by 10 AM Sunday per the agreement. The owner does have some smaller places available that night...she sent me the links.

What time are most people arriving on Friday?
Also known as when does the guy with the maps and counters have to be there?

My flights:
Arrives on Friday at 16:00
Sunday Departure is 17:25
If folks arrive earlier they will have to wait or I can arrange a delegate to check us in (Check In is Friday at 15:00) on Crockett Street.
I might need a ride from the airport or can take an Uber.
arriving 16:00 on Friday (probably the same flight as Lar)
departing 11:14 on Sunday
Will be arriving sometime in the late afternoon or early evening on Friday. Will estimate sometime around 18:00 (give or take 3 hours).
Depends on how soon I can hit the road that morning.
I'm thinking about coming Friday - Wednesday or Thursday, but I can't stay the whole week. Think it would be worth it? I've owned the game for years but haven't played due to lack of opponents.

You'll meet a bunch of great people, probably get a chance to talk with the designer, and get to play some F&E. What could be better?

Will be my longest yet, but fortunately I have family in SW Missouri and a friend in NE Oklahoma, so I have places to stop for a night each way.
