Bombers, basically just super heavy fighters but on the ground. Not on ships (well, we get bomber barges at some point, but they are still really just heavy fighters on them, though slightly better).
- A heavy bomber base has 3 heavy bombers, medium one 6 medium bombers, but F&E wise, they are the same.
- PGB cost 3 if built, 4 if self-gen, and 6 if upgraded, and has 3(0) factors (here for comparison)
- PDU cost 4+3 if built, 5+3 if self-gen, and 7+3 if upgraded, and has 3(6) factors (here for comparison)
- PBB (Planetary Bomber Base) cost 2+4 if built, 3+4 if self-gen, and 5+4 if upgraded, and has 0(12) factors
- Bombers cannot transfer to ships, like planetary fighters
- A single bomber squadron can replace a single fighter squadron in the battle line (and would be the one oversized)
- Bombers are *NOT* replaced automatically like other fighters
- EP must be paid to replace them, though replacements are 1 EP per 6 (rounded up).
- Planets can pay for their replacement bombers, no need for a tug/base/shipyard
- Max 1 per planet
So basically a few ground unit counters to show bomber bases. Then some counters for 'NO BMB' for bases that lost them, and a couple to show them in fleets. They give probably a single turn of +6 or so fighter factors when defending, but that costs an EP or two.

Use '(12B)' to indicate bombers.
Can add one bomber nase (PBB) every three PDUs (max of 2 on minor, 3 on major, and 6 on a capital).
[GRP (3 PDU) = 9 (12B18) - CMD (6 PDU) = 18 (24B36)]
Available Y168 (?)
