Probably not the holiday week, its been said in the past too many people have other family events to attend.

Southwest Airlines sent an email this morning that they are now booking out through August.

I am good with any of these weeks:
July 22 through 30th
July 29 through Aug 6th
Aug 5 through 13th

I could be available one week after that Aug 12-20 but prefer the earlier.

What also works for ADB would be key as well?

The meeting was over before Lar posted his note, but I for one don't have an issue with those dates, at least not that I can forsee. If I win an all expenses paid trip to Mars on EM's starship I may be out of town.
