The FIRST sentence should read: Starbase Incremental Damage System: Stellar fortresses require 10 SIDS steps (5 points per SIDS) to be crippled and require five more SIDS steps for a crippled fortress to be destroyed. The SIDS steps for SFXs is correct in the last sentence. The SFB SIDS info in the SITS is correct. FEDS - 18 APR 2024

Who are the Fralli? Are there any related rules? Is the SIT correct? Was there some fluf text and explanation from CL53 that didn't make it into TO?

I am guessing the SITS haven't been updated to the TO book. The latest Vassal box has FCA with updated stats 6-7/3-4, and there is a FEM and DLMs. Not sure what Captains Log 53 says as I don't have that book yet. Thanks!

The Fralli (hex 3201) had no national guard of their own, so Starfleet gave them three crippled ships, expecting them to repair one and scrap the other two. Instead they kludged the three crippled ships together to create the Fralli Cruiser. The rules governing it are in TACOPS.
